Liz’ Pets: Verita
Wild Rebel Verita of Sannhet is a purebred CFA registered Persian kitten.
Sannhet means TRUTH in Norwegian and Verita means TRUTH in Italian.
Sannhet is the name of my CFA registered cattery, basically a rescue for purebred
cats. Verita is its founder. When we adopted her I was told she rarely if ever
purred. She hasn’t stopped purring since the day I brought her home! She
sleeps on the bed with us and all our dogs.
She prefers to visit Mooby and Phoenix
but then spend her alone time upstairs,
remember she’s a Persian (that makes her
special!). In my room she drapes herself
here and then there; she can view the
world from my windows, listen to/watch
TV, and play with her own toys. She
enjoys a nice cold drink out of the sink,
and competes with me for water whenever I have the tap running.
I think she considers herself a little too sophisticated for “the boys”. But she does enjoy play time
with them and she enjoys saying “see ya later” too! Verita loves her daily groomings, and follows
me all around the house. Verita will help oversee all our future kitty rescues.
