Pet Profile: Henri
Henri is a blue front Amazon.
We aren’t really sure whether
Henri is a male or a female,
but either way we call “him”
Henri. Henri greets everyone
who enters the house with a
loud “HELLO” and when they
leave he yells “GOODBYE”...
OBEDIENCE TRAINING
I will travel to your home for all sessions, we can agree
to meet at a specified location suitable and specific for
training purposes, or I will accept some clients at my
home for sessions.
Any basic obedience, and most any behavioral issues can
be addressed. It is required for some behavioral issues
that a thorough office visit with your veterinarian be
arranged, prior to any training appointments being
made.
Since every case is unique, each program and session is
tailored to meet individual needs. Prior to beginning any
program or session, a thorough one-hour consultation is
required for evaluation purposes.
Since our dogs are members of our families, I do require
that everyone who is a member of the household be
present at the training sessions. I will work with anyone
who lives in the house, or who is a regular visitor of the
household, including children. It is imperative that
everyone working with the dog be on the same page, or
you’ll be wasting your money.
A Walk in the Park
Walk with me and your dog(s), or I can lend you one of
mine for an hour in any number of dog-friendly parks.
Walk while we casually train your dog, walk to lose
weight, walk and talk, walk and meet other dog-friendly
people, or walk to enjoy the outdoors.
“He pees on the carpet, chews the furniture,
nips at the kids, pulls me down the
road when I walk him, so I guess he’s
a bad dog, and well, he’s gotta go!”
